Sniper Rifle
By the abandoned mines, take the elevator down to the abandoned mines. Before it hits the bottom, it will stop. Grab onto the ladder and climb up or down until you see a hole in the wall. Inside, there is a sniper rifle and some bullets. From there you can snipe at the people down below.
